Accessibility Information

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This accessibility information is provided in accordance with section 14(1), no. 2 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG) in conjunction with Annex 3 to the BFSG.

Provider and scope

Leogra Trading GmbH operates the Yourfashionplace online shop at www.yourfashionplace.de. This information applies to the e-commerce service offered through the website, including product search, product presentation, variant selection, the shopping cart, checkout, payment and contact options.

General description of the service

Through our online shop, consumers can search for, compare and order clothing, footwear, accessories, home textiles and other available goods. Product pages provide information such as product descriptions, available variants, prices, availability and delivery information. Selected items can be added to the shopping cart and then ordered and paid for through the checkout.

How to place an order

  1. Products can be found through the navigation, categories, search and filters.
  2. Product information can be reviewed and available variants can be selected on the product page.
  3. The selected product is added to the shopping cart using the “Add to cart” button.
  4. Items, quantities and prices can be reviewed and changed in the shopping cart.
  5. The contact, delivery and payment information required for the order is entered during checkout.
  6. The order can be reviewed and corrected before it is submitted with an obligation to pay.
  7. After submission, receipt of the order is confirmed electronically.

Accessibility requirements and technical status

Our goal is for the service to meet the requirements of the BFSG and the Regulation on the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSGV), in particular sections 12 and 19 BFSGV. For the technical implementation, we use the relevant requirements of EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our reference.

On 30 and 31 July 2026, we carried out a technical accessibility review of key user journeys and page types and implemented the identified improvements. These include in particular:

  • Semantics, labels and programmatically identifiable states for navigation, filters, sorting, view selectors and product galleries.
  • Consistent heading structures on search, cart and error pages.
  • Permanently visible labels that are programmatically associated with input fields in the shopping cart.
  • Accessible dialog and focus behaviour for the cart drawer.
  • Keyboard operation, clearly visible focus indicators and sufficiently large control targets for filter elements.
  • Clear labels for the minimum and maximum price controls.
  • Controls and pause functions for automatically rotating announcements.
  • Context-sensitive alternative text for product media.
  • Sufficient colour contrast for text and controls; scroll and reveal effects do not impair the readability of content.

The revised version of the online shop has been publicly available since 30 July 2026 and was further optimised on 31 July 2026. The improvements were technically tested. We continue to review and optimise accessibility on an ongoing basis.

Information about the accessibility of products offered in the shop is provided with the relevant product information where such information has been made available to us by the responsible economic operator.

Additional accessibility tools

We also provide a menu with individual accessibility tools at the bottom-left of the website. It allows users to adjust the presentation, contrast, colour saturation, link highlighting and other settings to suit their individual needs.

The menu can be opened with the keyboard using its associated button and closed again using its close button. It can also optionally be opened and closed with the Ctrl + X keyboard shortcut.

The menu is an additional aid. It is neither required to operate the online shop nor the sole evidence of its accessibility. The essential functions of the online shop are intended to remain perceivable, operable, understandable and robust without activating this menu.

Testing and continuous improvement

The technical review covered key user journeys and page types, including navigation, search, filtering, product presentation, the shopping cart and checkout.

Context-sensitive alternative text is used for product media. The underlying product data and media are reviewed editorially on an ongoing basis and supplemented where necessary.

Because content, product data, apps and components are updated regularly, we review accessibility again after material changes. Reported accessibility issues are assessed, prioritised and addressed promptly.

Feedback from users helps us improve accessibility further.
