If an item does not fit and you would like to exchange it for another size or color, this is no problem. Please contact our customer service first. Please let us know your order number and the desired change. So we can check in advance if this size or color is still available. You are welcome to simply reorder the desired item and send the unsuitable one back to us as part of the revocation.

The right of withdrawal is 100 days.
We will bear the return shipping costs. In the package there is a return label from DHL. Please use this for this purpose. After contacting us, we can gladly provide a return label again, if this can not be found.

The refund will always be made to the payment method you have chosen. However, it is advantageous to note your bank details on the invoice, so that we can alternatively transfer the amount there. If you have any problems, our customer service will be happy to help. We try to arrange the refund as soon as possible after checking the goods.
