Returns from Germany and Austria
You can return your items free of charge within 100 days.
You can register returns from Germany and Austria independently via the returns portal:
Register returnAfter registration, you will receive a return label that you can use to return your package via DHL.
You will be reimbursed as soon as possible after we have received and checked the items. The refund will be processed via the payment method you used.
What do I do with an item that was damaged during shipping?
If an item we delivered is damaged, defective, or in any way not in order, you can file a complaint about the item and, of course, return it to us free of charge using the return slip. Within the return period, you can do this via the returns registration. After the deadline has expired, please contact our customer support to clarify the case.
Returns from the EU and other countries
You can return your items free of charge within 100 days.
Please contact us by email (info@yourfashionplace.de), phone (+49(0)9638912333) or contact form. We will then send you a free returns label.
Exchange
If an item doesn't fit, you are welcome to exchange it for a different size or color. However, please contact our customer service team beforehand and provide us with your order number and the desired change. This way, we can check in advance whether this size or color is still available. You can also simply reorder the desired item and return the unsuitable item to us as part of the return process.
Order via Amazon, Ebay & Co.
Please report the return for orders via shopping portals such as Amazon, Ebay, Zalando etc. directly via the respective portal. You can find the right of withdrawal there on the corresponding pages.If you return your order independently, please use the following address:
